3. Data related to BlackBull Markets and the MT5 account
To participate in AZIVON’s PAMM account, the user must register directly with BlackBull Markets and comply with the procedures required by the broker. BlackBull Markets is an independent company and has its own terms, privacy policies and procedures for processing personal data. After participating in the PAMM, the user may register in their AZIVON Client Area the necessary information from their MT5 investor account provided by the broker, allowing the platform to identify and link that account to the corresponding AZIVON profile. AZIVON may use this information to provide features related to the user’s participation, tracking of information, identification of the referral network and calculation of applicable rewards.

4. How we use the data
The information collected may be used to:

· Create and manage the user’s account;

· Protect the rights and legitimate interests of AZIVON and its users.

When permitted by applicable law, certain data may also be used for institutional, informational or marketing communications.

5. Rewards Program
AZIVON provides a referral system related to its Rewards Program. When a user registers through a referral link, the platform may automatically record the relationship between the new user and the participant responsible for the referral. After the MT5 investor account is linked, this information may be used to identify the participant’s position in the network and calculate applicable rewards according to the program rules. AZIVON may keep records related to referrals, levels, amounts calculated, rewards credited and withdrawal requests.

6. Rewards and cryptocurrency wallet
Eligible rewards may be made available in the balance of the AZIVON Client Area. To request payment of rewards in USDC, the user may need to provide a cryptocurrency wallet address and other information necessary to carry out the transaction. The user is responsible for verifying that the address provided is correct and that the selected wallet and network are compatible with the transaction. Data related to transactions carried out on blockchain may become publicly accessible due to the nature of the blockchain networks used.

AZIVON will not sell its users’ personal data as a commercial activity.

8. Basis and purpose of processing
Personal data may be processed when necessary for the performance of services requested by the user, compliance with legal obligations, protection against fraud, platform security, exercise of rights, AZIVON’s legitimate interests or based on consent when required by applicable law. The legal basis used may vary depending on the user’s country of residence, the nature of the data and the specific purpose of processing.

12. International data transfers
Because AZIVON may use providers, technological infrastructure and partners located in different countries, certain data may be processed or stored outside the user’s country of residence.
