1. Introduction
AZIVON is committed to the integrity of its platform and to the prevention of unlawful activities. This Anti-Money Laundering Policy (AML — Anti-Money Laundering) and Know Your Customer Policy (KYC — Know Your Customer) establishes principles and procedures intended for user identification, prevention of fraud, money laundering, financing of unlawful activities and other improper uses of the AZIVON platform.
Application of these procedures may vary according to the nature of the services used, the user’s profile, their jurisdiction and applicable legal, regulatory and operational requirements.
2. Objectives of the Policy
The main objectives of this Policy are to:
· Properly know and identify platform users;
· Reduce the risk of AZIVON being used for unlawful activities;
· Prevent money laundering and financing of unlawful activities;
· Identify possible fraud or suspicious behavior;
· Protect the integrity of the platform and its users;
· Maintain records necessary for security and compliance;
· Cooperate with competent authorities when legally required.
3. Identity verification — KYC
To use certain AZIVON features, the user may be asked to provide information and documents intended to confirm their identity. Depending on the case, the following may be requested:
· Full name;
· Date of birth;
· Nationality;
· Country of residence;
· Residential address;
· Telephone number;
· Email address;

AZIVON may use specialized service providers to assist with identification and verification procedures.
4. Verification carried out by the broker
To participate in AZIVON’s PAMM account, the investor must have an eligible account with BlackBull Markets. Opening and maintaining the account with the broker is subject to BlackBull Markets’ own identification, verification and KYC procedures.
Approval of a registration by the broker does not prevent AZIVON from requesting additional information or verification when necessary for security, platform operation, the Rewards Program or compliance with applicable obligations.
BlackBull Markets is an independent company and maintains its own AML/KYC policies and procedures.
5. Accuracy of information
The user must provide true, complete, accurate and up-to-date information. The use of false documents, third-party information without authorization, fictitious identities or any attempt to conceal the user’s true identity may result in restriction, suspension or termination of access to AZIVON’s services, without prejudice to other applicable measures.
AZIVON may request that information be updated or reverified at any time.
6. Additional verification
In certain circumstances, additional verification may be required. This may occur, among other situations, when the following are identified:
· Inconsistent or incomplete data;
· Material changes to registration information;
· Unusual or potentially suspicious activity;
· Unauthorized-access attempts;
· Payment or withdrawal requests requiring additional validation;
· Discrepancies between registered information;
· Need to prove the source of funds;
· Risks related to the user’s jurisdiction or profile;
· Need to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
AZIVON may request additional documents and information before authorizing certain features or transactions.
7. Source of funds
When considered necessary, the user may be asked to provide information or documents related to the source of the funds used. Such information may include, where applicable, proof of income, statements, corporate documents, declarations, proof of asset sales or other documents capable of demonstrating the legitimate source of the funds.
The request for such information may vary according to the amount, profile, activity and identified level of risk.
8. Activity monitoring
AZIVON may use manual and technological procedures to identify activities that may be inconsistent with the expected profile or use of the platform. Factors that may be analyzed include:
· Unusual usage patterns;
· Fraud attempts;
· Multiple related accounts;
· Registration discrepancies;
· Activities related to the Rewards Program;
· Reward-withdrawal requests;
· Frequent changes to sensitive information;
· Activities potentially related to jurisdictions or persons subject to restrictions.
The existence of an additional analysis or verification does not necessarily mean that any irregularity has occurred.
9. Sanctions and politically exposed persons
Where applicable, AZIVON may perform checks related to:
· Sanctions lists;
· International restrictions;
· Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs);
· Public information relevant to compliance procedures;
· Other databases used for the prevention of financial crime.
Identifying a person as a PEP does not, by itself, imply any unlawful activity, but it may result in the application of additional verification and monitoring procedures.
10. Rewards Program
Participation in AZIVON’s Rewards Program may also be subject to identification, security and fraud-prevention procedures. AZIVON may verify information related to referred accounts, relationships between participants and other data necessary to ensure the proper operation of the program.
Attempts to manipulate the referral structure, creation of fake accounts, unauthorized use of third-party identities or any other practice intended to generate improper rewards may result in the blocking or cancellation of rewards and the adoption of other appropriate measures.
11. Payment of rewards in USDC
Eligible rewards may be paid in USDC to the cryptocurrency wallet registered by the user. Before processing certain payments, AZIVON may request additional identity, security or ownership verification.
AZIVON may also analyze information related to transactions and blockchain addresses when necessary to prevent fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activities.
12. Restrictions, suspension and termination
AZIVON may restrict certain features, suspend an account or adopt other security measures when additional verification is required or when indications of a violation of these procedures are identified. This may occur, for example, in cases of:
· False or inconsistent information;
· Suspicious or invalid documentation;
· Unjustified refusal to provide necessary information;
· Attempted fraud;
· Misuse of the Rewards Program;
· Potentially unlawful activity;
· Violation of AZIVON’s Terms and Conditions;
· Need to comply with a legal or regulatory determination.
Measures adopted will depend on the specific circumstances of each situation and the applicable obligations.
13. Restricted countries and jurisdictions
AZIVON may limit or prevent access to its services in certain countries or jurisdictions due to legal, regulatory or operational requirements, sanctions or partner policies. Availability of services may be changed when necessary to comply with such requirements.
The user is responsible for verifying whether their participation is permitted by the laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.
14. Record keeping
AZIVON may retain records related to registration procedures, identification, verification, activities and transactions carried out through its platform for the period necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
The processing of this information will also be subject to AZIVON’s Privacy Policy.
15. Confidentiality
Information related to internal analyses, security checks, investigations or communications with authorities may be kept confidential when necessary or required.
